Breakfast - Red hot sausage & piece of bread, 1/2 of banana
AM Snack - pineapple & cottage cheese
Lunch - Tortilla soup, carrots
PM Snack - apple
Supper - Ceasar salad, Cheesy crockpot chicken & egg noodles
Not too bad if I do say so myself. Tomorrow night is vegetable primavera, Wed is Hamburger helper, Thurs is BBQ chicken, Friday is meatloaf, and Sat is Pork BBQ. Lunch is the tortilla soup and some veggies everyday this week or leftovers if I want. I have to have protein for breakfast or I’ll be starving an hour later - so red hots every day as well. The only thing I might change is to get hubby more involved in planning the dinners next week. I forget that sometimes he has ideas of his own! lol!!
My plan for the rest of tonight is to plan out my meals for the week (weight watchers-style!!) while watching “Reign Over Me.” Tomorrow, I plan to go to work for a bit. I also want to go to Sam’s Club with a friend of mine and also I want to try to make it to a holiday open house that my Pampered Chef Director is hosting. We also got pumpkins today to paint and carve and I’d like to get that done tomorrow. Sometime tomorrow MIL is supposed to come see DS since she hasn’t seen him in a while. Not sure how all this will fit in to tomorrow.
So much for a relaxing weekend!!
